Oppenheimer & Co. said that it has hired two managing directors in its investment banking unit.

Oppenheimer & Co has announced that Richard NeJame has joined the firm as a Managing Director - Head of Restructuring & Special Situations Advisory, in the Investment Banking Department.

Thomas T Giardi, David C Nixon and William H Pope were named managing directors in the investment-grade credit group as the company expands its corporate bond sales and trading expertise.

The company said Donald Ullmann and Perrin Arturi will serve as executive managing directors and will jointly head its MBS/ABS and Rates division, which provides structured finance, research, sales and trading services on mortgage-backed securities and asset-backed securities , US Treasury and government agency securities and other securities to ...
