Former counsel sues Evergreen over firing

Evergreen International Aviation's corporate attorney, hired Jan. 10, 2011 and fired July 22, 2011, is suing the company in federal District Court for sex discrimination, wrongful termination and violation of the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act.

Evergreen sues for $8.5 million in fire loss

Evergreen International Aviation has filed suit in Yamhill County Circuit Court against nine Lloyds of London underwriters, claiming they refused to honor a valid claim for a fire last year in which it suffered $8.5 million in losses.
