Express Scripts, CIGNA to pay $27M to settle N.Y. lawsuit

Express Scripts Inc. said Tuesday it and CIGNA will pay $27 million to settle a lawsuit by the state of New York over a $1 billion contract to provide pharmacy benefit management services for state employees.
