Sydney, Australia, May 30, 2012 -- Perth-based clean power company Enerji Limited has further progressed with installation of the waste heat to power system at Horizon Power's Carnarvon Power Station with the cooling tower construction and switch room installation completed.

Brazil's leading planemaker Embraer SA signed a shareholding agreement Tuesday with Telebras, the country's state-owned telecom provider, to set up a joint venture to launch a communications satellite.
