The company last announced its quarterly results on Monday, April 30th. It reported earnings per share for the previous quarter, beating the Thomson Reuters consensus estimate of EPS by $0.07. The company's quarterly revenue was down 10.9% on a year-over-year basis.

Multimedia chip provider DSP Group Inc reported on Monday a smaller-than-expected loss in the first quarter due to strong revenue from new products and lower expenses.
