Digital River, Inc. , the revenue growth experts in global cloud commerce, announced that the company is presenting at the Stifel Nicolaus 2012 Technology and Telecom Conference.

Digital River was downgraded by research analysts at Argus from a "buy" rating to a "hold" rating in a report issued on Tuesday.

The top after-market NASDAQ gainers Thursday were: Trimble Navigation, Infinera, Zoltek Companies, Digital River, TeleCommunication Systems, On Assignment, Silicon Image, Silicon Motion Technology Corp and Gilead Sciences.

The Eden Prairie, Minn.-based company reported non-GAAP earnings of $17.2 million, or 45 cents a share, on revenue of $112 million, easily topping the average estimate of analysts polled by Thomson Reuters for earnings of 33 cents a share in the December-ended period on revenue of $104.2 million.
