Daily Journal Corporation Announces Financial Results for the Six Months ended March 31, 2012
Consolidated revenues declined by $1,883,000, and costs and expenses decreased by $558,000. Dividends and interest income increased by $299,000. The Company's traditional business segment pretax profit decreased by $575,000 to $6,333,000 from $6,908,000 primarily because of a reduction in trustee sale notice and related service fee revenues.
