Like I said before, they will cut the number of flights, hub operations at MEM, CVG and MSP since it does not make any sense to have them. However, the smart thing to do is to increase JFK and DTW operations and to relieve its sorry crappy hub in ATL. I would rather fly into CLT or MIA then ATL.

GOOD ! Delta and their flunkies at Comair have done nothing but rip the traveling public off with their high fares, highest in the nation, at CVG for years and years. Delta and Comair could go out of business and I could care less !!!

Sounds like the old NWA when we bought Republic - NWA used to have a mini hub here in Tampa, but after purchasing RC and there hub in Memphis they said the two hubs were too close looks like CVG is going to go the same way - too close to DTW so it's going to be the same ole same ole ---

Delta and their flunkies at Comair have done nothing but rip the traveling public off with their high fares, highest in the nation, at CVG for years and years. Delta and Comair could go out of business and I could care less !!! Well Mr smart traveller from Indiana, FYI the reason the fares are higher in CVG is because the local folks that regulate the landing fees and passenger tax have chosen to charge astronomical fees. A compared to ATL, the per passenger fee is more than 7 times as much. The landing fees charged for every aircraft to land at CVG is also exorbitant. It ain't rocket science so when your choices to fly are minimized, watch the fares go even higher. And as far as Delta going out of business, they are loking stronger every day as the world's largest carrier. This was a sound business decision to leave, so I'm glad you are happy with them leaving and taking good paying jobs with them!

HEY MIKE; What did Delta lose again last quarter?$151 million wasn't it? That sure sounds like a turnaround to me !
As far as my comments go, again, all Delta has done is rip the traveling public in CVG off for years with the highest airfares in the nation.
If Delta and it's flunkies at Comair go out of business, another carrier will come in here to take their place.

Daily Horoscope for December 30

Cancer

Discussions and meetings go really well today because you're finding it easy to put your thoughts into words. You'll also show that you respect other people's viewpoints even if they don't coincide with your own. It's a good day for making domestic plans, and some of these will be quite ambitious without being unrealistic or far-fetched.
