Flight attendants make election offer to Delta

Flight attendants working on a unionization campaign at Delta Air Lines sent a memo to Delta chief executive Richard Anderson proposing that if Delta management agrees to a "yes/no" ballot, with the majority of ballots cast determining the outcome, the union would file for an election immediately.
