CVR Energy declares special dividend CVR Energy is declaring a...

The special dividend's total is about $564 million, the company said Tuesday. It will be paid on June 10 to shareholders of record on June 3. CVR Energy Inc., which is controlled by billionaire Carl Icahn, said that with the special dividend, its dividends declared in 2013 total approximately $1.1 billion.
