Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers investment partner Ellen Pao, a former Cravath, Swaine & Moore associate, is suing the Silicon Valleybased venture capital firm for gender discrimination and retaliation.

Cravath provides corporate, environmental, litigation, tax, and trusts and estates services.
