TreeBaltimore Kicks Off With Free Trees

TreeBaltimore, the city's effort to grow a tree canopy throughout the city, kicked off Saturday with Mayor Sheila Dixon, representatives from BGE and Constellation Energy and a host of other city officials and environmental activists on hand.
