Venturepharm buys Nasdaq-listed drug firm
Venturepharm Laboratories Ltd. , a Beijing-based pharmaceutical service provider, announced yesterday it had purchased 39 percent of shares of the US medicine group Commonwealth Biotechnologies, Inl. via English.eastday.com
