An employee at the Cheesecake Factory on Milwaukee Avenue may have exposed diners to hepatitis A, according to the Central District Health Department .

But thanks to Newton attorney Ross Mitchell, that won't be the case at the Cheesecake Factory.

The Central District Health Department is warning customers of a Boise restaurant of the potential risk for hepatitis A after a restaurant employee tested positive for the virus.
