Citigroup bid to dismiss Parmalat lawsuit fails

A New Jersey state judge on Friday rejected Citigroup Inc's bid to dismiss Parmalat SpA's $2.2 billion lawsuit over the bank's alleged role in the Italian food company's 2003 collapse.
