Stocks turned lower Tuesday morning after a big jump Monday. The Dow Jones Industrial Average lost 20 points, or 0.2%, to 10,207. The S&P 500 dropped 4 points, or 0.3%, to 1089, while the Nasdaq slipped 10 points, or 0.4%, to 2145.
