Well I guess at least they give a severance which is more than the store and senior staff of Blockbuster Inc. has received. One should look at ones turnover rate in the California region alone; you even have a dedicated service that you pretend to support on integrity.........I find that amusing at best.......managers and hourly associates are terminated over whatever suites the situation even if they invent it, you change your policy's to suite the situation, your senior representatives stick together with a straight face leaving all others without recoarse, the truth left your organization some time ago, one wonders how you look at yourself in the mirror or even sleep at night, however that is the cost of doing business........ethics.....the re are none,,,,,,,,,,and where are you Mr.President while all of this is going on?........Ask your senior staff..........really......... .
