FORT WORTH, Texas, April 30, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- AZZ incorporated , a manufacturer of electrical products and a provider of galvanizing services, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Nuclear Logistics, Inc.

Firefighters from the East Joliet Fire Protection District were called to the AZZ Galvanizing plant at 625 Mills Rd.

The company is also engaged in application of hot-dip galvanizing to prevent the damaging effect of corrosion in steel products.
