I used to have taken Amlodipine daily untill Dr.Sandhu ordered me to take Metoproolol by mouth
25 mg daily. After taking 2 days I was feeling
dizzy and checked my blood pressure and it dropped
69~109 below my normal level.
I did not contact Dr. and took for granted that I
cut the dosage to half and see how my body react to this new medicine. 2 days later I was sweating
and could not sleep in the midnight. I did not feel chest pain I/O feeling uncomfortable. In the
midnight, I dicided to chech my blood pressure. My
my blood presure was dropped to 45~60 that was way
too low and pauses pumped to 115 120. That was
definitely the side effect of Metoprolol.
I was feeling weak and back pain and could not
continue my daily work.
It was Satureday and I had to wait until Monday to tell the Dr. Sandhu about the results.
