ACS Alaska realy suck the big one!
My phone doesn't even ring, and then there is a voice messae. Sevece comes in and out, and the range is the worst.
It has been a six month struggle to have problems resolved, nothing has ever been done to rectify the situation. I am still having the same problems that I had 6 months ago. Promises made, and then broken (or not even considered)
If anyone is considering a cell service in Nome...DON'T EVEN THINK OF ACS ALASKA! They are the worst cell service on the face of the planet.
Cell servise in Gamble has worked flawlessly for about 6 years out there...It is not run by ACS. ACS just doesn't care about their sevice. I have an email stating just that: "we don't gaurantee our service" That should say it all!
