Irvine-based Allergan Inc., which makes Botox and the Lap-Band, has signed a lease on a 93,000-square-foot research and development facility in Bridgewater, N.J. The facility is expected to create several hundred new jobs over the next three to five jobs, and Allergan will invest $12 million in the state, said company spokeswoman Cathy Taylor.

Allergan, Inc . reported $1,365.7 million total product net sales for the quarter ended March 31, 2012.
