ACME Communications, Inc. today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell WBUW in Madison, WI to the Byrne Acquisition Group, LLC for $1.8 million.

ACME Communications, Inc. announced Tuesday its agreement to sell WBXX in Knoxville to the Lockwood Broadcast Group for $5.6 million.

GREEN BAY - LIN Television Corp., parent company of WLUK-TV, has exercised an option to acquire WIWB-TV and a television station in Dayton, Ohio, according to a news release by ACME Communications, which owned the stations.

ACME Communications, Inc. today announced that LIN Television Corporation d/b/a LIN Media has exercised its option to purchase certain assets used and useful in ACME's television stations WIWB serving the Green Bay-Appleton market and WBDT serving the Dayton market.
