I wonder how many, if any, of the speeding tickets Highsmith has written have been dismissed in court since all of this went down? Surely one of you courtwatcher types can find this out.

His failure to appear in court during his suspension, his lack of credibility when asked on the stand if the speed of the defendant was unreasonable for the conditions are just a couple of reasons I asked. |
