This guy has just given us the perfect fix to the budget crisis. He has already worked for the state so let's put him in charge of the

Prostitute Information Management Program (PIMP).

This new agency would oversee the management of Pimps and Prostitutes, licence, tax and inspect them.

The money generated would go into the general fund to plug the budget hole. Heck we are staring at the wrong "slots" to fill this budget "hole". If we would just collect money when other holes are filled -- bingo budget problems solved.

Wow , an even dumber way spend tax dollars. Arrest a man for a crime that's not really a crime. The thing i have a problem with is that the girl was 17. Even then it's a little over kill

"Prostitute Information Management Program (PIMP)" Hilarious concept!!! There is so much hypocrisy in this situation.....but that seems to be the way of the world.

Sad thing is the Federal Government took over the Mustang Ranch in Nevada for taxes owed and in less than 12 months shut it down.

Reason? They could not figure out how to make money selling liquer and prostitutes!!

Oh Please! Just as many non-Catholics involved in scandal. The story doesn't even say he's a Catholic, just that he work with one of their organizations.

Give him the max of 10 years or more. At 17, a confused girl doesn't really know what she's doing. It's people like this that ruin peoples lives. Let him go to Nevada where it's legal to have sex if he can't get it any other way.

He'll get a slap on the wrists. Her life and countless of thousands of young teens lives will be ruined because they think that's an easy way to make money when they have none.

He was Teds best pick? Hey lets take a vote from all the State Workers to see how they feel about Ted and HIS choices and Picks. THIS IS A REFLECTION ON THE ONE WHO APPOINTED HIM TO THE POSITION --FAITH BASED and this loser used a screen name with God in it.

Get a clue will ya? Are you serious?! Typical of the world today, blame somebody else for poor choices/decisions made in life.

Do you think Bob Taft, Betty Montgomery, Jim Petro all knew that Tom Noe was scamming money from the coin investment prior to him getting busted? I THINK NOT!

I'm not saying that Strickland knew this guy was a PIMP (LOL on the previous mentioned acronym) but why is it that nobody holds him accountable for hiring people who have poor judgement? I will tell you why, because the media (other than the Dispatch) is in bed with the Democratic Party.

All Politics aside, can we jsut have some consistancy in the world today?
