Strange bird flies skies over Silver City

A strange bird normally only seen in India, Southern Asia, Hawaii and Australia has been making an appearance on West 8th Street in Silver City since mid-September. Melvyn Gelb has been a bird watcher for 25 years, but still considers himself an amateur.
