Eric Schoh, a La Crescent native, was introduced Friday as the new Winona State athletic director.

This year, ten Webster City High School seniors qualified as Cessna Scholars. To be eligible for the honor, students must hold a 3.75 grade point average at the time of graduation.

Flanders is in line to become the principal at Cody Elementary. Cody principal Chris Vieyra was recently hired to direct the school district's student services and special education program.

The UNL textiles, clothing and design department is collaborating with other university departments to make this year's runway the show the most extravagant one yet.
