SC Lawmakers Propose Funding Private Black Colleges
For years, South Carolina's "Republican-controlled" legislature has refused to provide parents with tax credits so that they can choose a better academic environment for their children - instead forcing these parents to subsidize record spending increases on the worst system of public education in America.
