Utah club proves rock collecting not just for fossils

LOGAN, Utah -- McKay Anderson first started attending meetings to learn about rocks when he was 6 or 7. The interest turned out to be more than a temporary childhood hobby for the Bear River resident, who as an adult continues to drive to Cache Valley about once a month to meet with other members of the Cache Geological and Archaeology Society.

In the midst of all the chaos and stress of school, students took time for peaceful retreat in the Wildcat Theater every other Sunday at 7 p.m. This Generation, a Christian fellowship at Weber State University, is a student run organization made up of students and other young adults who sing songs of praise and worship as Christians.
