Should the U.S. military policy of "don't ask, don't tell" on homosexual soldiers, sailors and Marines be preserved? Or, should homosexuals be allowed to serve in the military openly? At a Thursday forum at the University of Nebraska at Kearney, two speakers will discuss the issue.
