ULM police arrest three on drug charges

University of Louisiana at Monroe police on Saturday arrested Marcus Starr, 29, of 4004 Dunlop St., Jeremiah Starr, 31, of 3809 Wiley St., and Terresz Robinson, 31, of 33 Woodberry Drive, all of Monroe, were booked into Ouachita Correctional Center on charges of simple possession of marijuana and possession of PCP.
