Spring Arbor University's new dorm to be done by July 1

Construction of a new residence hall at Spring Arbor University has been put on the fast track for completion by July 1. The university has begun work on the site and plans to hold a groundbreaking ceremony Friday for the new 53,000-square-foot facility, said Jerry White, vice president for finance and administration.
