Stephen Borgsmiller, superintendent of the Sikeston R-6 Schools is set to take over as director of Southeast Missouri State University-Sikeston. According to a news relaease, Borgsmiller, who has 31 years of experience in education, has served as superintendent of the Sikeston R-6 Schools for nearly a dozen years.
