Delta College not funding Michigan Promise, SVSU pays $700k to keep promise

When Delta College heard rumors last spring that the Michigan Promise scholarship could be cut from the state budget, they anticipated the worst and let their students know that they wouldn't process the scholarships for the 2009-10 school year.
