Low prevalence of HPV infection may be tied to poor prognosis for blacks with head and neck cancer

Researchers at the University of Maryland Marlene and Stewart Greenebaum Cancer have found that head and neck cancer patients who test positive for the human papillomavirus have much better survival rates than patients who don't have the virus, according to a new study in the journal Cancer Prevention Research.

oh here they go again another study to make blacks look bad white looks good. i've never heard of blacks having head and neck cancer. i'm sure there are some cases. in this study, blacks without hpv and with head/neck cancer have worse survival rates than whites with the hpv and head/neck cancer. wth!...so i guess the blacks just drop dead in the study. another BS study to make whites look good.
