A proposal by the University of Lincoln, Siemens, and Lincoln College to create a technical college has been approved by the Department for Education.

It will specialise in core science and engineering, supported by the University of Lincoln, Siemens and Lincoln College, along with other city companies.

W ith a huge cast of talented actors, actresses and musicians, along with thrilling costumes and an elaborate set, the Lincoln Community High School Music Department will present the musical "Beauty and the Beast" this weekend in the auditorium of the Johnston Center on the Lincoln College campus.

Dr. Sally Pyne, who serves in academic advisement at Lincoln College-Normal , has been recognized by Leadership McLean County with an Alumni Award for her professional achievements and dedication to community service within McLean County.
