Before a fire broke out, nine Hofstra University students lived in this Uniondale house's basement off-campus. where A fire in a Uniondale house occupied by several Hofstra University students prompted the Town of Hempstead to issue three summonses to the landlord for violations involving illegal use of a single-family house.
