Hanover College is offering a week-long summer program to allow high school students a real taste of the college experience.

The Clarksville Academy class valedictorian for 2012, Dawson Nicholson, walks the line at the graduation ceremony Friday night.

Participants interact with peers who have expressed common interests in law enforcement, and learn teamwork skills while gaining self-confidence. Camps are held at colleges and universities around the state and offer campers a unique glimpse of campus life.
