Historic flight landmark honors Carter

How about designating the Iranian desert as jimmy carter field after the military helicopter crashes caused by carter's gutting the military of maintenance funds to keep these helicopters in safe flying condition. carter had more US military deaths his last year in office than any year of George Bush's wars.
