Mercyhurst University has awarded tenure and promoted the following faculty members to associate professor: Juan Argaez, business; Clinton Jones, chemistry and biochemistry; Christy Rieger, English; Stephen Ousley, anthropology and archaeology; Robert von Thaden, religious studies; and Daliang Wang, world languages and cultures.

Announcement is made of the engagement of Kim Horner of Fuquay Varina, daughter of Barbara Horner of Saegertown, Pa., and the late Richard Horner, to Christopher Dunnagan of Boone, son of Pat Dunnagan of Burlington and the late Tommy Dunnagan.
