On a sunny, breezy bluff deep in Marion County, the Buffalo National River flowing serenely into the distance below, the old H.M. and Ardyce Harris house Friday became an environmental field station in honor of George L. Harp, retired professor of environmental sciences at Arkansas State University at Jonesboro.
