Lancaster man indicted in fatal crash

ZANESVILLE -- A Lancaster man has been indicted on two counts of aggravated vehicular homicide and four counts of vehicular assault and faces up to 16 years in prison, according to Perry County Prosecutor Joseph Flautt.
