Write-ins bump candidates from ballot

I think this election reflects the complete lack of confidence in the present appointed York Springs Borough Council. The present council continues to disregard the desires and needs of the York Springs residents and has developed such an anger within the residents that they will do anything to get rid of them. I for myself can only thank the good citizens of York Springs for coming together on this issue. I hope they will reflect their concerns with the same resolve on Mr. Harris and his paid for sidekick Mr. Gaura present plans to destroy the Municipal Authority.

What is this?? Aren't you one the former council members who helped appoint those clowns, They were your comrades then. What happened??

Yor are right I did help appoint them when no else applied to service on the Council. For that I have to shoulder much of the blame for the many problems they have caused. I left the Council after they held an illegal meeting under PA laws and voted to not use a CPA Auditor and instead voted to use the same auditor that had causes so much of the initial problems and lawsuits. Mr. Gaura is in jail and the Harris' have business and legal problems. I do not wish them any ill will but hope they will realize that their continued disruption of the Burough Council and the Municipal Authority must stop. I can only encourage both the Harris' and Mr. Gaura to work on their own situations and let the good Concerned Citizens put back the quality of life that used to be in York Springs. The primary vote was the highest ever and reflects how concerned the citizens are about taking back their town.

Right, Gary! You don't wish the Harris' "any ill", but you keep making slanderous and defamatory remarks about them and their business. You promised to drive the Harris' and the Gauras out of town! "Concerned citizens" are against any kind of business in this town and went after several small business in York Springs, including a local pizza shop and an auto repair business. "Concerned citizens' will not stop until they drive all businesses out of York Springs. Gary, according to you Mr. Gaura is a "criminal" and the Harris' are the worst human beings on the face of the earth. Wait a minute....Did you not defend Mr. Gaura on TV after that assault incident? Were you not really good friends with the Harris family? Did you not walk Julia Harris down the aisle? I am curious, are you just mad because Mrs. Harris rejected you after your numerous inappropriate suggestions and comments and sexual harassment towards her?

For East Berlin person ---Most of your are not worth responding to however just so you are able to make up your mind on any comments that I may have made please visit PA.gov and you will find that the Harris did lose there licence and that it is under appeal and from the Adams Cty you will discover that they owe over $120K in property taxes. Please don't take my word for it do your own research and you will find exactly what I did. By the way I too old to be someone interested in Julia and thus will not comment on her or your false inappropriate suggestions and comments. Mr. two faced man... I would just like to inform you that Julia was a hmmm... mail order bride. Gary was simply doing Phil a Favor as a Friend at the time. Phil is her puppeter and she is the puppet. The council went to hell years ago and several very good men have tried to correct it. Phil Harris has always been on the path of destruction. Before this license issue, the fire alarm went off so many times that the local fire company threatened to fine the buisnes, Phil harris, and his wife the pres, actually are trying to get rid of the fire company!!
