Do you know what it is like to see your alleged leader take a 10% pay increase while you are forced to take a 5% pay cut?

Do you know what it is like to see your alleged leader open limited promotional opportunities up to the entire world?

Do you know what it is like to watch your alleged leader play while you work your tail off?

Do you know what it is like to watch crime increase and know that your alleged leader does not care?

Do you know what its like to vote no confidence twice and constantly tell your city council that we have problems and hear "so what" as a response?

Well, Woodland police officers know what it is like, we have Chief Sullivan. There is nothing more important for the Democrat to be reporting on then the incompetency of Sullivan.

It is common for employees to complain about their boss. Everyone always think they do all the work for less money. I have heard this complaint for the past 20 years. Private sector or public the complaints are the same. I know Cheif Sullivan, I like him and I beleive he is doing his best. If employees would just focus on doing their job to their best ability and leave management to do their job. All would be good.

C'mon according to the Latino community there are no gangs in Woodland. Hmm Latino gang member kills Latino cop. Seems to me there is a problem. I hope this officer and his family rests in peace.
I guess there is only a Latino gang problem in the 916 (Sacto)

I agree. This guy or gal has a big problem. I know Chief Sullivan and have always found him professional and competent.

Well to be frank, yes. For the nost part, you just described the current state of affairs all across the state of California (not to mention our fed. law makers with their 'Cadillac perks,' which even in the purported Obummer-care health bills ARE EXEMPTING THEMSELVES from the potential laws that EVERYONE will be MANDATED to follow under threat of sanction - FINE!)

Take a close look at the pay structures for our judges and state legislators. You'll see exactly how difficult it is to modify their pay.

FYI, in the future it may be advisable to refrain from being disingenuous re: the 10% pay as we all know it's for leading ANOTHER ENTIRE DEPARTMENT and not just because, correct?

Open promotions can lead to larger pools from which to draw the right candidate. In many cases current employees have the advantage, anyway.

"Play?" Not enough info - need more.

"...Does not care...." You are treading on thin ice and detract from your arguments when you get into addressing another persons mental state, and thoughts. That's the job of the thought police, officer.

"...incompetency.... " It appears substantiation will be needed to adequately prove that assertion.
