What about the concrete plant next to Hickory Hollow? How in the world did that get approved being visible everywhere and right smack in the middle of a neighborhood that exists and this one gets denied out in the middle of nowhere? Money talks. Obviously someone has more money than the concrete plant.

Checking Google Earth I can't find that concrete map that is "right smack in the middle of an existing neighbor hood near Hickory Hollow. I do see a concrete plant that was zoned 2 years before Hickory Hollow existed.
