A land owner who previously tried to get approval to build a controversial concrete plant in south Osceola County now wants to develop a $75 million, 1.2 million-square-foot industrial park there.

John Englert, 38, of Yeehaw Junction and St. Cloud resident Nancy Corley, 48, were arrested Saturday about 12:15 a.m. Englert was charged with violation of probation.

Bulmaro Santizo Morales and eight of his relatives packed into a Ford Explorer early on a November morning and headed toward Alabama for a family reunion.

They never made it.

Shortly after 3 a.m., the driver lost control of the sport utility vehicle on Florida's Turnpike, just south of Yeehaw Junction. The car flipped twice, and all nine occupants, including five children, were thrown from the vehicle.
