It may take months, maybe even years for the Wrens County man accused of shooting another man running from police last week to get a trial.

According to a release, on Saturday afternoon at approximately 2:55 p.m. a Deputy with the Jefferson County Sheriff's Office was patrolling between Wrens and Louisville, Georgia when he observed a vehicle illegally passing other motorists.
