A Utah mother, who allegedly forced her son to walk alongside a moving car she was driving after he had missed his school bus, has been charged with child abuse and reckless driving, ABC News has learned.

WOODS CROSS, Utah - A Woods Cross mother lost it with her child and placed his life in danger.

The mother was upset her 9-year-old child missed the bus to school and refused to walk, saidA Thomas Smart, master officer for Woods Cross police.
