I was actually at school when this happened. we were in the auditorium when it all started shaking and we all got down. it felt really strong.

WE LIVED IN SYLMAR FOR 44-YEARS, OUR HOUSE WAS DAMAGED PRETTY HEAVY DURING THE 1971 NORTHRIDGE EARTHQUAKE. WE RECEIVED AN SBA LOAN TO REPAIR OUR HOUSE ALONG WITH MOST OF OUR NEIGHBORS AND FRIENDS. IN 1993 WE DECIDED TO MOVE TO TENNESSEE, SO WE MISSED BEING THERE WHEN THE '' DEVASTATING QUAKE' HIT IN 1994 AND AGAIN DAMAGED THE HOUSE WE MOVED OUT OF. WE ARE VERY HAPPY THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT AN EARTH QUAKE IN TENNESSEE, ALTHOUGH WE DO HAVE OUR SHARE OF TORNADOES. WE ARE HAPPY THAT THEIR WAS NOT TOO MUCH DAMAGE OR INJURIES IN THIS LATEST QUAKE.
