Pediatrician and Spouse Convicted of Conspiracy & Tax Evasion
United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced that 53-year-old Elisabeth Ann Bossingham and 51-year-old Brett Allen Bossingham of Woodlake, were convicted of one count of conspiracy to defraud the United States by impeding the Internal Revenue Service in its ability to assess and collect income tax and four counts each of tax evasion.
