Lanes to shift during work on Woodburn interchange in I-5
Drivers will notice a few changes as construction work is scheduled to start in earnest this week on segments of the $80 million expansion of the Woodburn interchange on Interstate 5. But a spokesman for the Oregon Department of Transportation, while advising drivers to be alert, said the changes are not earthshaking.
