Marion County deputies arrest suspect in Woodburn theft

Police seek Nico Ann Reyes, 36, and Danil I. Kisilev, 50, in connection with car thefts in Woodburn on May 31. Officers took Kimberly Ann Vega, 34, into custody in the 1000 block of Evergreen Road in Woodburn on Saturday.
